Once you select a product, you upload your artwork or logo directly through our site, or email it to our design team. We’ll review your file, prepare a digital proof and then move into production once you approve the design. 

Yes. Minimums vary by product depending on size, method of printing or embroidery, and supplier. You will see the minimum quantity listed on each product page before placing your order. Sometimes the minimum order quantity will only be 1, while in other instances, it could be 500, it truly varies from product to product. 

Yes. We ship promotional products to both Canada and the United States. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the size of the order.

Yes. Many of our products allow mix-and-match options (for example, different colours or sizes) under one order. Please check the product page or ask our sales team for details about minimums for each variation.
